The department is staffed by some of the most experienced and highly trained surgeons who can handle any sort of complex and regular surgery. The BMH Surgical Centre consists of 8 state-of-the-art Operation Theaters designed to the latest and most modern specifications. These Theaters are fitted with the most advanced equipment, including very high-resolution microscopes and laparoscopic surgical instruments necessary for high-end precision surgeries.

The Theaters have the most advanced HEPA filters, laminar flow systems provide a 100% Sterile and safe environment which are in line with stringent infection control protocols. Backed by a dedicated Surgical ICU (SICU), complex patients requiring any sort of surgery can have their procedures done without the worries of infection or complexities. The department is staffed by General Surgeons, Laparoscopic Surgeons, Anaesthesiologists, Radiologists, Nurse Clinicians, Physiotherapists, Clinical Nutritionist, and Pharmacists.
